Find all the official information you need to request changes, resolve questions or cancel your booking before your experience at L’Aquàrium de Barcelona.
If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the start of the activity, you will receive a 50% refund of the activity fee.
Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
Requests to change the date or time of your experience must be made at least 7 days before the activity and are subject to availability.
Requests received after this deadline cannot be accommodated.
