Educational resources for teachers at all school levels

A space designed to support teachers before, during, and after the school visit

The Education Department develops a pedagogical program that meets the needs of all educational institutions. Our goal is to bring students closer to the fascinating underwater world through rigorous, engaging, and level-appropriate educational proposals.

In this space, you can download free educational resources to prepare your visit before arriving at L’Aquàrium and continue learning in the classroom afterward. Some workshops include complementary materials that we make available to teachers.

Key concepts to work on during the visit to L’Aquàrium

Our Teacher’s Guide provides a comprehensive overview of the facilities and suggests key content to work on during the school visit. It includes essential concepts, recommendations on which aquariums best illustrate them, and descriptions of species that typically spark students’ interest.

At the end of the document, you will find a set of questions—with answers—to help guide the visit and adapt it to each group’s objectives.
